Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are putting up the information today about Booklists and Stationery for each class and what each class needs for Back to School!
For the purpose of clarity:
The Dept. of Education is paying €80 per pupil to schools towards the cost of books. This does not cover all costs for schools. So we will be charging parents €50 per child to cover costs of other books, stationery for Infants - 1st class, workbooks, subscriptions etc. An Aladdin link will be sent for you to make payment.
We buy all of the books and workbooks in the school so parents do not need to purchase them.
For each class we will put up the following:
- A flyer which indicates the books the school will purchase for each class
- A flyer which indicated the stationery that parents need to purchase.
We ask parents of Junior Infants, Senior Infants and 1st class to note that there is no stationery flyer for their classes as the school will purchase all that is needed.
If you have any questions please email the school before this Friday when the office closes at 3pm. The office will re-open on Monday August 24th.
School re opens on Mon. August 31st.
