Dear Parents/Guardians,
Graduation - tomorrow evening Tues. June 22nd 2026
Parents/Guardians, Immediate family and grnadparents are invited to our Graduation on next Tues. June 23rd at 7.30pm in the school. Graduation will be held in the GP room and refreshments will be served afterwards in An Choill Central Activity Space.
Parents and Friends' Group and 5th Class parents - we thank you for your support in planning for the Graduation. If you are dropping items please drop to Helena's office on Mon/Tues. Also, we do need helpers for teas/coffees on the night so all help is greatly appreciated.
6th Class Tour
A reminder that the 6th class tour leaves at 8am sharp for Dunmore East Adventure Centre. Tour returns at 6.30pm to the school. Fresh Today will provide cold lunches for the children.
Last day of school - Fri. June 26th at 12 midday.
We will say farewell to our 6th class next Friday as well as two other pupils who are leaving us to go to other schools.
Handball
Some of the players from the local Ballymitty Handball Club will be here on Thurs. in school to do some handball skills with the kids and to talk to them about joining the Handball Club. If pupils have their own handballs at home, they can bring them in.
News2day
They will be here on next Weds. morning to record our Follow the Light song that 2nd/3rd composed. It's a great opportunity for the school and look forward to seeing our 2nd/3rd class kids on the news programme!
Summer Programme
All children doing July Provision/Summer Programme will go home on Thursday with information about the days, times, activities etc. It starts next Monday morning at 9.30am.
