Dear Parents/Guardians,
Letters went out last Friday about the summer provision we are holding here in the school. This provision is July Provision programme for our pupils in An Choill and our Summer Programme for children who receive supports throughout the year. These camps will run from Monday June 29th - Fri. July 3rd (Week 1) and July 6th - 10th (Week 2). This will run from 10am - 2pm daily.
Letters issued to the An Choill pupils and to all other children who receive support throughout the year pr who have had assessments/reports and dagnoses.
We need to know which children are doing the school or home based summer programme because we need to send in the names in advance.The portal for this closes on Friday after which they won't accept any more names.
Please ensure you return the letter by tomorrow, Friday. Forms returrned next week cannot be accepted as the Dept. will close the portal tomorrow.
Some children may only be able to attend for a few days per week which is no problem at all.
