Dear Parents/Guardians,
A reminder to all that we are having an Easter Fair this Thursday March 19th.
What is the Easter Fair?
This is a sale of work held in the GP room. Pupils are allowed to take a stall and sell their own items. They can sell cakes, buns, toys, books, crafts etc. Pupils have to pay €1 per person for a stall. Some pupils are coming together in pairs or groups to sell - a max of 4 to one stall.
Who sells at the Easter Fair?
2nd - 6th class pupils sell at the Fair.
What time is the Easter Fair?
The Fair will run from 11.15pm - 1pm when classes will visit. Parents can visit at the times below.
Pupils who are selling can buy from the other stalls once they are all set up at 10am.
Important reminders:
- NO NUTS in baked items please.
- We have asked pupils to bring their own kitty/float of €10 in change so that they can sell their items - school does not have cash anymore so we can't help any pupils who don't have their own floats.
- We ask all items to be priced low! 50 cent or €1 or €2 max for all items. Pupils keep their own profits.
For parents who wish to visit the following times have been arranged:
Junior and Senior Infants will visit the fair from 11.15 - 11.40am
1st Class will visit the fair from 11.40 - 12 midday
2nd/3rd will visit the fair from 12 - 12.20pm
3rd/4th will visit the fair from 12.20 - 12.40pm
5th will visit the fair from 12.40 - 1pm
6th will be able to visit at 10.30pm.
